"Familiar Feelings, New World" is a collection of landscapes that captures the emotional terrain we traverse when faced with change. Like the meta-future we’re transitioning toward, these Geo-Surrealistic environments contain no recognizable forms from the physical world, only abstracted suggestions of structure and vivid, psychedelic color arrangements that evoke universal emotions.

Change is disorienting. It often brings fear, anger, and anxiety about the unknown, while simultaneously stirring hope, joy, and curiosity about what’s possible. These works aim to hold space for that ambivalence.

Each composition is a metaphorical exploration of feelings that are deeply human. The landscapes feature ethereal shapes inspired by sacred geometry, labyrinths, and mandalas; sometimes mirrored or patterned, and other times subtly varied. They reflect the often nonlinear and contradictory nature of personal transformation: a journey that spans both the physical and metaphysical.

The series was created using a generative algorithm and curated with intentional aesthetic control. Rather than chasing randomness, this body of work celebrates compositional variation within a defined visual language. The consistent use of intense, psychedelic color unifies the series, while each piece explores its own mood and structure. The 35 square works are each titled after "Familiar Feelings" associated with change, ranging from fear to hope to ambivalence. One large format cornerstone piece, "Dynamic Dimensions," anchors the series as the "New World."
